You will be contributing to the design of the application and developing inC#/.NET on Windows. You will help analyze, design, develop, test, and support complex application software as you work directly with the company’s Senior Director of Software Development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to customers via phone and email
• Diagnose, prioritize, and troubleshoot issues with proven multi-tasking abilities
• Make sure users have smooth access to their network, server, and desktop by resolving workstation and set-up issues
• Provide required information by phone or email in a timely manner
• Prepare reports and other documentation if needed
• Perform other related duties as required

Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• Has 4 years of experience in providing at least Tier 2 technical support for variety of environments
• Must have strong knowledge in:
   o MS Server (2012 & 2016)
   o MS Exchange, or Office 365
   o Active directory, DNS, DHCP
   o Windows OS (7 & 10)
   o General networking (firewalls, subnets, routing, switches, etc.)
   o Backup hardware and software, RAID
   o Desktop and server hardware and software
• Excellent customer service phone skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be independent, able to work under minimal supervision, highly trainable and a fast learner.
• Should be passionate in fixing or improving systems
• Must have strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor
• Knowledge in basic Excel functions
