Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

This role will be working alongside the Head of Investor Relations. You are responsible in helping with managing the on-boarding of new investors. You must have a keen eye for details and information accuracy. You have to ensure that all the correct forms are collected from prospected investors and that records are updated in real time.

Likewise you will be expected to do outbound calls to investors to confirm and validate details and for collection of document.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regular email contact with new investors to "onboard" them
• Filing of required investors documents
• Updating of APG's client management system
• Effectively follow procedure documents
• Develop reports on new investor progress
• Manage the investor register on Microsoft Excel
• Develop reports on new investor progress
• Conduct outbound calls to investors to validate and confirm information accuracy and collection of documents.
• Conduct technical questions to investors (Company or Trust) - certain documents needs to be collected for Trust Deed, what pages needed to be certified? (Training will be provided)

Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Law
• 3 to 5 years minimum admin experience
• Detail and process oriented
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Outbound calls experience
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Work from home or freelance work experience
• Ability to work independently and self-manage and as a part of a team 

Advantageous:

• HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchim or similar CRM Tools
• Worked for an Australian company
• Experience in working with investors
