Our client specializes in offering innovative IT products and IT services such as cloud computing & storage, cloud GPU solutions, Internet bandwidth, L2/L3 local  connectivity. 

Our client is a fast-growing venture backed by a publiclytraded Japanese conglomerate. They are looking to 
significantly grow local operations and disrupt local market with better products and pricing than competition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Define and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth to expand our customer base and increase market share.
•Identify deliverables and reach set goals for the current year and subsequent years.
•Utilize your experience and connections in the telco industry to make informed decisions.
•Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure operational excellence and goal attainment.
•Oversee all operational activities, including Engineering, presales, and postsales
•Foster strong relationships with potential clients, to drive business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
•Monitor industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
•Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and maximize revenue.
•Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction through effective management of operations and adherence to service level agreements.
•Provide regular reports to senior management on business performance, market trends, and key metrics.

Skills/Qualifications:

•Must have solid experience as a Country Manager /Executive role in a similar industry
•Solid experience in telecommunications or internet service providers or equipment distributor
•Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets in the telco industry.
•In-depth knowledge of the Philippine IT product market, including competition and market dynamics.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make informed business decisions.
•Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving business objectives.
•Excellent organisational skills with a logical approach to your work.

Job type: Permanent (Probationary period for 2 Months only)
Emp type: Full-time / Client Direct Employment 
Schedule: Monday to Friday / 830AM - 5PM Manila
Location: Makati & BGC /Hybrid
