Duties and Responsibilities:

  development fashion
• Propose, create and enhance project’s test 
  strategy considering test automation approach
• Design, maintain and execute test cases and 
  provide your analysis on the results
• Build a solid understanding on business, technical 
  and operational requirements
• Work with the team to define the quality 
  assurance process
• Collaborate with other QAs and DEV team to 
  enhance automated tests and get maximum test 
  coverage
• Work with Dev and Devops team to improve our 
  test automation tools and solutions 

Skills / Qualifications:

• Significant experience in a QA role 5 years minimum 
  The ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
• Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
• Experience with at least one of the following 3 years minimum:
  Cypress
  Playwright
  WebdriverIO
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC and understand the QA role in IT
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English and feeling comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong desire to raise the bar for your team technically
• Tenacious, curious, and collaborative in all aspects of your work
• Quick learner

Advantageous skills or nice to haves:

• Experience with TDD/BDD
• Experience testing applications for Financial institutions (investment banks, brokers, exchanges)particularly trading flows
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience of working with distributed teams
• Experience with FIX protocol
• Experience with testing Java applications
