They are setting up their new office in Makati. They need someone to be part of their close-knit Marketing Operations Team of just five quick-thinking, clear-headed, smart-brained individuals. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of our products
  • Respond to incoming emails promptly and professionally
  • Respond to incoming live chat messages as above
  • Handle difficult customer issues with care and patience
  • Connect with customers regularly to maximise sales
  • Implement strategies to improve customer service
  • Train new customer service and sales recruits
  • Be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
  • Be prepared to tackle out of the ordinary general duties

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or similar
  • e-commerce customer experience (min. 2 years)
  • e-commerce sales experience (min. 2 years)
  • Cosmetic, beauty, e-commerce experience (min. 2 years)
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Well organised, detail-oriented and very accurate
  • Knowledge of WooCommerce order processing system
  • Good PC skills (basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work fast, think fast and hit deadlines
  • Have excellent written English skills, ie, be concise and clear
  • You must be a creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Well organised, detail-oriented and very accurate
