Our client is a Southeast Asia’s leading payment service provider for online games and digital products. They are building a payment solution that allows gamers to use an electronic pin in multiple games from multiple game publishers.
Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
You will help with the organization’s expansion. As Country Manager, you will lead all operations to ensure the profitability of the company’s business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Philippines business to drive growth and expansion
- Develop key business strategies to support payment systems, channels and partnerships for our digital content providers
- Drive the development and implementation of marketing plans to create brand awareness, user acquisition and sales of digital content
- Manage relationship with all key accounts with payment channels and partnership
- Develop, motivate and manage the different functions within the organization
- Support and assist in navigating the compliance and regulatory standards related to payments
- Identify and develop key personnel and provide the leadership and environment to enable staff to grow and develop
- Develop a customer-focused environment
Skills/Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or Management or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role
- Payment industry experience is required
- Must have P&L experience
- Knowledgeable with the gaming industry is highly advantageous
- Ability to converse in both spoken and written English
- Strong interest in payments/ digital content and strategic marketer with entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to grow and lead a team and manage the country’s operations

Location: Currently at Las Pinas but will be moving to a new office location
