Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible in managing campaigns in various paid channels such as Google, Bing and Meta. You will also be supporting the EDMs and SMS campaigns while working closely with the graphic design team, marketing assistant and photography team to coordinate artwork requirements for campaigns being handled.

As they grow their offshore team in the Philippines, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. The digital marketing specialist will be responsible in managing their campaigns in various paid channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Google ads and YouTube campaigns
• Manage weekly campaigns including:
o Create, schedule & update
o Manage performance and budgets
o Reporting
• Meetings with the Google account strategist on a regular basis
• Microsoft Bing ads campaigns
• Manage weekly Microsoft Bing ads campaigns including
o Create, schedule & update
o Manage performance and budgets
o Reporting
• Meetings with the Microsoft representatives as required
• Meta eg Facebook and Instagram ads campaigns
• Manage weekly Meta ad campaigns eg Facebook and Instagram ads campaigns
o Create, schedule & update
o Manage performance and budgets
o Reporting
• Meetings with Facebook representatives on a regular basis
• Manage weekly eDM’s
• Create, schedule & update
• Manage performance
• Reporting
• Manage weekly SMS/Text messages
• Create weekly SMS list
• Create content, schedule & update
• Manage performance and budgets
• Reporting
• Add unsubscribes to the relevant SMS system unsubscribe list
• Graphic design
• Coordinate artwork requirements, deadlines etc with the graphic designers etc.
• Help graphic designers with sourcing item images when required (missing, wrong, renaming the files, filing etc.)
• Involvement in non-digital marketing initiatives as required.
• Propose and test new digital initiatives
• Upload videos/carousels etc. on YouTube
• Review all new auction artwork with management on a weekly basis
• Execute ads on new media such as Native Advertising
• Other tasks and activities as requested as required
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
• Formal marketing qualification
• 2-3+ years of current experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or a similar role
• Demonstrated experience executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns with solid hands-on experience in paid channels (e.g., Google, Youtube, Facebook, Bing, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, twitter, text/sms)
• Demonstrated experience executing and managing organic social media content channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Experience using Google Analytics
• Strong communication skills - both written & verbal
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent time management skills
