Our client is a tech startup based in London using cutting edge AI to generate listing copy for the real estate and vacation rental sectors, as well as similar AI products for new audiences. The company was founded by two experienced entrepreneurs who previously exited a company to Airbnb.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Write effective and scalable code in Ruby and Javascript (React)
• Build new features in API Integrations
• Test application for performance, responsiveness, and security
• Review and debug
• Integrate data storage and data processing solutions.
• Build, install plugins.
• Improve and maintain applications after deployment

Skills / Qualifications:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• Experience with JavaScript, React HTML, CSS
• Experience in PostgreSQL
• Hands on experience in performing testing using RSpec and other testing frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail
• High analytical ability - critical and logical thinking and optimization.
• Working in a team environment Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.

Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:

• Experience in Stripe API or similar
• Working knowledge on Heroku or AWS
